Mintex stops one of the worlds fastest production cars!

Manufactured in Aldbrough, East Yorkshire England, the Tiger Z100WR,
four wheel drive, two seater sports car is powered by twin Kawasaki
ZX12 engines. Each engine drives one set of wheels.

In independent tests and with road legal tyres, the Z100WR achieved
a 0 - 60 mph time of 2.8 seconds. This is a world record and is
virtually as fast as an F1 Car over the same distance.
The 60 mph figure was achieved in a distance of 41 metres.
Fitted with competitor's brake pads, Chris Allanson says the car
wouldn't stop but once fitted with Mintex F series compound it
stopped virtually instantly.
